Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our shop, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.

We accept all major credit and debit cards and Paypal. Or you may post cheques.

You have the right to cancel within 14 working days; you will be refunded the full cost of the goods as soon as we receive them back unused; We do not refund postal charges.

Shipping And Handling

Please note that the shipping and handling costs will be calculated according to the weight and added to the order value when you enter your payment details.

We can deliver to an address other than the billing address. Please add the shipping address to the order where requested.
If you wish to make special delivery/ guaranteed next day arrangements then either telephone 01256 886368 or e-mail us mail@thedancersshop.co.uk for total delivery costs

All UK orders are sent by either Royal Mail recorded delivery or courier depending one weight of order, For orders outside the UK we usually use Royal Mail International recorded delivery.

Where available International orders will be sent Roayl Mail' track and sign for', a faster method that can be tracked to your door. Couriers will be used when requested or if more appropriate.

Delivery Schedule

We will normally process your order within 3 working days, however please allow up to 28 days for delivery. You will be notified by email or phone call if the item is going to take more than 7 days to be with you.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges

All quoted prices include VAT where applicable.

Credit Card Security

All credit and debit card transaction information is handled by SagePay and all information passed between The Dancers Shop and Sage Pay’s systems is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates. No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted.

You can pay with money held in your PayPal account or use another payment method such as a credit card, debit card or your bank account via the PayPal system.

We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the internet.
We do not see or store any credit card details ever.

Guarantee

The Dancers Shop would like to guarantee your satisfaction. You may cancel your order within 8 days of your receipt of the goods, and we will refund to your card within 30 days of cancellation.

We aim to respond to all complaints within 5 working days, we will also endeavour to keep you informed throughout the process. Your statutory rights are not affected

We do not collect any Special Categories of data from you, details of which can be found on the ICO website nor do we collect any information regarding any criminal convictions or offences.

All data will be collected and stored for as long as is deemed necessary for the purpose you have supplied us with it. We will keep your order details and your contact information indefinitely, unless you request otherwise.

We NEVER sell your personal data to anyone; however we may share your data with a third party who will treat your personal data confidentially and solely for the purpose agreed with ourselves. When you have created an account you are responsible for keeping your password safe and for not divulging it to anybody else.

Returns Policy

You may cancel your order within 8 days of your receipt of the goods, and we will refund to your card within 30 days of receiving the items unused and in its original packaging. Tights can not be returned if they have been removed form their packaging. Personalised items can not be returned unless faulty.Your statutory rights are not affected.

We are happy to exchange unused items within 14 days, however the new items will incur postage charges.
