Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our shop, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.

We accept Switch, Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

You have the right to cancel within 14 working days; you will be refunded the full cost of the goods as soon as we receive them back unused; We do not refund postal charges.

Shipping And Handling Please note that the shipping and handling costs will be calculated and added to the order value when you enter your payment details.

Sorry but we will not deliver goods to an address other than the cardholders billing address.

All UK orders are sent by either Royal Mail recorded delivery or CityLink depending one weight of order, for orders outside the UK we use either SwiftAir or UPS.

The cost of post and packaging is calculated by the weight of your order, however the maximum cost for shipping in the UK is now only £5.95.

Delivery Schedule We will normally process your order within 3 working days, however please allow up to 28 days for delivery.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges All quoted prices include VAT where applicable.

Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are fully encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site or server.

We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the internet.

We do not store your credit card details on computer once the order has been dispatched.

Guarantee The Dancers Shop would like to guarantee your satisfaction. You may cancel your order within 8 days of your receipt of the goods, and we will refund to your card within 30 days of cancellation.

We aim to respond to all complaints within 5 working days, we will also endeavour to keep you informed throughout the process. Your statutory rights are not affected
